1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WeditVideo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

WeditVideo is a wedding video capture platform that allows couples to invite trusted guests to record video clips from their wedding. Clips are stored securely and delivered to the couple. WeditVideo is operated by WeditVideo LLC.

3. SMS messaging program

Program name: WeditVideo Guest Notifications

When you provide guest phone numbers, WeditVideo will send SMS messages to those guests on your behalf. These messages include:

• Initial invitation to participate as a wedding videographer
• Setup reminders before the event
• Day-of reminders to record

Message frequency: Guests will receive up to 3–5 messages per event (invitation, reminders, and day-of prompt).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates from the guest's mobile carrier may apply to messages received.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, no further messages will be sent to that number.

By providing a guest's phone number, you confirm that you have obtained that guest's prior express consent to receive SMS messages from WeditVideo.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

5. Content and video clips

You retain ownership of video clips recorded through the platform. By using the Service, you grant WeditVideo a limited license to store, process, and deliver those clips to you as part of the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that video content recorded and shared through the platform does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages to guests who have not consented
• Collect or store data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Plans and billing

WeditVideo offers paid plans (Essentials, Moments, Full Story). Plan details and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

WeditVideo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email.
